Corporate Social Responsibility In The Harmonious Society

In recent years, the practical and theoretical research about the corporate social responsibility has had the rapid development. However, there has been very big gap between them and China about these, aspects, Because china insists on the sustainable socio-economic development strategy and tries to build the harmonious society, it has undoubtedly very great theoretical and practical significance to research China's corporate social responsibility. This paper tries to find out the feasible ideas and concrete measures which China's enterprises exercise their social responsibility. First, the article has made the comprehensive analysis about the corporate social responsibility at home and abroad and its lack of research, and proposed the idea of this paper; Secondly, the paper has specifically analyzed and evaluated the theory of the corporate social responsibility, stakeholder and the SA8000 standard ; Third, from the perspective of economics, the paper has analyzed the relationship of the corporate social responsibility government regulation , the stage of enterprise development and entrepreneurs; Fourth, by the comprehensive inspection to the status which Chinese enterprises fulfill their social responsibility , the paper has identified the main issues and causes of the Chinese enterprises about this; Fifth, through the comparative study of Western countries' policies about the implementation of corporate social responsibility, the specific actions of the typical transnational corporations and non-governmental social organizations, the paper has find out the useful insights; Finally, on the basis of the above theoretical research, practice inspection and comparative analysis ,from the point of enterprises, government, and community organizations ,this paper proposes the measures and recommendations which Chinese enterprises fulfill their social responsibility and has made the forward-looking forecasts about the future of its trend of development.
