Analysis Of The Impact Of FDI On The Quality Of Regional Economic Growth In China

Since the reform and opening up,with the substantial inflow of FDI,China's economy has achieved remarkable growth rate.Relying on its own rich natural resources and labor resources and national preferential policies,China has attracted a large number of FDI inflows,and in 2014 surpassed the United States to become the world's largest FDI absorption of the country.However,with China's massive absorption of FDI,in recent years there have been many problems that restrict the quality of economic growth,such as the destruction of the ecological environment and the excessive dependence on foreign capital.At the same time,the national economic"new normal" development trend also stressed the urgent need to improve the quality of economic growth.First of all,this paper discusses related theories of FDI and economic growth quality,then reviews the FDI inflow condition,and from the efficiency of economic growth,economic growth steady economic growth and sustainability of the three aspects of the system analysis of FDI on China's economic growth quality mechanism.On the basis of this.First of all,the use of index system for comprehensive evaluation method of construct the evaluation index system of the economic growth quality,selected to reflect the quality of economic growth in China 13 basic indicators,such as labor productivity,capital productivity,TFP,unemployment rate and unit of output energy ratio,using principal component analysis method was used to detect the corresponding weight of each index,and then evaluate the quality of China's economic growth.Among them,the quality of economic growth in the eastern region is higher than the central and western regions,and in recent years showed a downward trend,while the quality of economic growth in the central and western regions is relatively low,but there is an upward trend.Data 2000-2014 years and then select 29 provinces and cities nationwide sub regions of panel data regression,through the empirical analysis of the impact of FDI on regional economic growth quality,on the basis of comparison and analysis,summed up the difference,we can draw the conclusion:FDI on the eastern region's economic growth quality had an inhibitory effect,the government intervention,in order to promote the effect of FDI on the central and western economic growth quality have the role in the transformation,government intervention,into inhibition.Finally,the corresponding policies and suggestions are put forward based on the analysis of the full text.
