As an application of IT in education, "School Communication Master" has developed a certain amount of users, however, in the mobile internet era, phone calls and short messages couldn't satisfy the requirements of communication, furthermore, with the developing of school-home communication idea, it requires some extensions to ensure the security of students and assist their study. Therefore, the SMS-based "School Communication Master" has been restricted and needs to be improved. This article mainly focuses on the strategies to improve its business model in the mobile internet era, while both the consumer behaviour and the ideas of school-home communication have been changing a lot.This article employs literature review and comparative analytical method, to overally analyze the demands of customers in schools, based on which, SWOT is employed to do a deep insight of the macro-environment and the industry, attempting to analyze the external opportunities and threats as well as the internal environment of School Communication Master, and issues regarding product features, tariffs and so on are identified. At the end of this article, a marketing-mix is represented from various aspects accordingly. It leads to the conclusion that it is of great importance to build a uni-platform for the business, and replan modules of the platform according to the requirements regarding communication, security, after-school tutoring of the users, in the mean while, redesigning the structure of tariffs which is supposed to be compliant with the updated business model, doing marketing online are also required to ensure the consistent development of School Communication Master.
