In order to solve this problem, the CDB was proposed in 2009 by the concept of developmental financial institution, I hope that through to the commercial financial institutions to supplement and complete the goal of national economic development, so this article through to the support of developmental financial institution mechanism, content and support the process of analysis and research, find out the developmental financial institution in a support role in the process of enterprise development and the position in the entire financial system, and the development of China, South Korea, Japan and the United States financial institutions financing support for industry experience to carry on the analysis, comparison and summary, think the developmental financial institution in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in the process of financing support out complement position, and should get funding from government departments, to lower the price of its capital.
