Study On Countermeasures Of GKH Supporting The Development Of Manufacturing Industry In Ningbo City

Manufacturing industry plays a decisive role in promoting social and economic development,promoting scientific and technological progress,increasing employment opportunities,improving social and economic structure,and maintaining social stability and development.As the largest industrial city in Zhejiang province,Ningbo plays a particularly prominent role in promoting the healthy economic development of Zhejiang province.At present,Ningbo enterprises are facing financing difficulties,low financing efficiency,insufficient financial product innovation and high non-performing loans in the process of promoting "made in China 2025".In order to meet various financial needs of advanced manufacturing industry,it is urgent to carry out financing and financing research.As a financial system with market defects and backwardness,development finance has the responsibility to intervene in the transformation and development of local manufacturing industry,alleviate the bottleneck of social and economic development,and actively carry out market economy construction to support the healthy and orderly development of local manufacturing industry.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development status of Ningbo manufacturing industry and the reasons why Ningbo financial support manufacturing industry lags behind.Then,the status quo and financial support methods of GKH are analyzed.Based on the resource base of GKH Ningbo branch,the strategic analysis of domestic and foreign development finance on manufacturing support is compared,and the strategic summary is made by combining the development finance theory and empirical case analysis.This paper mainly introduces the development financial institutions can mobilize the government,commercial financial institutions and other forces to support local manufacturing.Integrating various resources such as bond financing and credit financing;Establishing financial protection measures such as capital inflow and outflow to ensure the release of multiple risks;Play the leading industry guiding role of GKH,attract funds from all sectors of society to participate.Thus,it can promote the transformation and upgrading of local manufacturing industry and play a certain exemplary role in the regional scope.
