| Development of high-tech industry can drive growth of regional economic and its radiation effect is obvious. Jilin Province is located in the northeast old industrial areas. Economic development is relatively backward in the eastern coastal provinces, small-scale high-tech industry in general, the economic benefits have yet to be improved. Developing high-tech industries can be as a growth point of Jilin Province Economic Development and a catch-up growth. Therefore, analysis of high-tech industries and financial support for the status quo and insufficient of Jilin Province has important theoretical and practical value by making policy recommendations to adapt and contrast with other regions.Firstly, according to the relevant theory, the paper analyzes the importance of financial support for high-tech industries from the contact between the departure and finance industry. Then the paper focuses on analyzing the status and financial support for industrial development in Jilin Province high-tech, points out its deficiencies, and through drawn from the analysis of a positive correlation between high-tech industries with bank loans and securities financing. Finally, by comparing the foreign developed financial system support for high-tech industries, combining with the actual situation of Jilin Province, the paper makes a series of financial support measures for improvement, in order to develop and grow high-tech industry in Jilin Province. |
