As the society pays more and more attention to the product quality issues for social stability, the continued impact of social development and competition of the market, many companies have already made product quality as an important marketing tool to use in the market competition. In the new economic environment, equipments as the sole carrier of products have become the key to the process of globalization. The main contents of the equipment operation and management include the use of the equipment, maintenance, repair, spare parts supply. Equipment operation is exactly the time equipments can create effective for the company. So whether the equipment can operate safely and reliability at this stage will not only affects the development and implementation of the production planning, but also determines the entire enterprise productivity and economic benefitsWith the progress of the current equipment manufacturing technology and the rapid development of science and technology, the structure of modern equipment is also increasingly complex. Under the conditions of the key vulnerable parts in manufacturing enterprises with stochastic distribution of lifespan, it often leads to equipment failure or downtime due to various uncertain factors. It also causes the vulnerability of purchase orders hard to keep up with equipment management needs which resulting in unnecessary losses and seriously reducing the production efficiency and weakening the competitiveness of enterprises. To handle the problem, this research concentrates on the lifespan distribution of the key vulnerable parts. Two models were established for analysis of the equipment in different situations, it combines demand prediction, lifespan analysis, procurement strategy and inventory strategy to build models, which concentrate on solve the economic lifespan and procurement strategy in various supply chain. A cost optimized equipment operation model within the procurement cycle has been established. The model is solved to get the optimal configuration by using a hybrid heuristic search algorithm, combined by traditional search algorithm and exhaustive method. By studying the project, rapid response mechanism enterprises can be established. It would be able to determine the optimal time of equipment in an early stage, make better replacement decisions and reduce or even eliminate equipment downtime, such as the introduction of a range of issues. It would be useful to improve the efficiency and the predictive accuracy in order procurement of key vulnerable parts, ultimately to achieve the purpose of enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.
