In this article,with study and research on the related domestic and abroad salary administration theory,and based on the analysis and drawing conclusion of the current research theory and results,according to the basic principle and method of salary administration,and having ZW group company as the studied object in practice,a salary administration system of enterprise group with putting theory into practice is advised.This salary administration system mainly includes the principal ' s administration mode and system,the salary level design principle and methods etc.in member companies;the administration mode and system in member companies on total salary,the policy and method on the salary level design,its adjustment and control,and the build-up of practical operation model etc.;the design and implement of welfare policy etc..Based on the study in this article,it has a realistic significance that builds up a salary administration system for ZW as a real group company as an administration base to manage the related member companies,which include the building up of the enterprise operators' salary administration and the employees' total salary administration in member companies,this has a value to provide ZW group company with principle and practice instruction in standardizing the implement of its member companies on their salary administration.At the same time,it is a good valuable reference and experience for those large group companies in promoting their member companies 'building-up on salary administration system and operation in practice.
