With the rapid development of our economy, the importance of logistics in the national economy is more and more important. Modern logistics has become the "third party profit source", is an important source for the enterprise to reduce cost and obtain competitive advantages.Logistics is considered to be a new economic growth point.This article makes Huai' an Honyunda Supply Chain Management Company to be the research object. The analysis of enterprise environment and its own characteristics is based on practical situation. The article conducts a comprehensive analysis for these newly forward suggestions of development strategy.This article firstly briefly introduced the research background and significance, method and framework, and introduced the related logistics and strategic management theory basis.Then the author used the Five-force mode to analyze the general environment and the industrial environment which are faced by Huai'an Honyunda Supply Chain Management company, and summed up the external opportunities and threats which the enterprise has faced. Then the focus is moved to the strategy status. By SWOT, the author analyzed the opportunities and the challenges of the environment, the superiorities and inferiorities of the company. The author put forward four optional strategies. According to the real situation of Huai'an Honyunda Supply Chain Management Company, the growth-type strategy is proper to the firm. Huai'an Honyunda Supply Chain Management Company can establish its competitive advantage through the variety strategy. Next part of the paper, the author put forward several specific implementation measures. Finally, the author made the expectation of the future of company after actualizing the development stratagem.
