Then, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the supply chain module in Zhuoyue based on the theory of suppliers selection and evaluation, supply and demand plan management, order management, financial management, inventory management, Besides, the paper emphasizes the study of the overall design and operation of the electronic commerce portal in Zhuoyue purchasing supply chain with the analysis of necessary and possibility. At last, the paper puts forward the specific methods and implementation strategy for the establishment of supply chain electronic portal.This paper systematically combines the different function module of the supply chain in Zhuoyue with the electronic commerce portal, which will contribute to the optimization of supplier chain in manufacture enterprises.
