The second part elaborates the research based on content system and related theor y about electronic business management theory, the theory of supply chain manageme nt, supply chain management performance evaluation and technology model. Provide su pport argument logictheory as the research according to the realistic case the textThis paper through the main problems on the current status of e-commerce supply chain management analysis of the existing problems, and points out that the informat ion risk,transaction security risk and low degree of supply chain integration. And puts forward theintegrated supply chain management support strategy, and proposed the co rresponding solution, which integrated the two dimensions of innovation under the envi ronment of supplychain integration out of electric system. Aiming at current trends put forward to strengthen the mobile e-commerce supply chain integration promotion strate gy, improve the technology of the Internet of things to strengthen the supply chain ma nagement, the business enterprisesupply chain finance and logistics enterprise develop ment strategy.Supply chain integration is the weak link in the demand uncertainty about the pr oducts andlogistics service coordination problems between e-commerce enterprise with suppliers,logistics providers, the fifth chapter through the establishment of a joint contr act coordinationmodel of three level supply chain e-commerce enterprises, suppliers, log istics providers,respectively on the wholesale price contract model, supply chain integr ation model, the revenue sharing contract model is analyzed, and further analyzes th e effectiveness of the jointcontract through the example analysis, through contract desi gn reasonable assurance to achieve the overall coordination of supply chain under the e-commerce environment, and carries on the empirical analysis in chapter sixth.Secondary data collected by field survey data, the depth interview data and enterpr ise publications, websites, journal articles in collecting, carries on the case analysis to the supply chain management in business enterprise, the performance evaluation of sup ply chain SCPRmodel based research, using comparative analysis of research performan ce evaluation indexresearch in different periods, during the JD companies for enterpris e corresponding countermeasure to improve, to prove the effectiveness of the impleme ntation of supply chain management countermeasures from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative, theory ofconstructing empirically validated measures, business environm ent of supply chain.
