In the21st century， economic globalization is speeding up with more intensivecompetition among these enterprises. The competition among the enterprises isgradually evolved into competing of the supply chain. In the supply chainenvironment，how to improve the purchasing management efficiency is very crucialfor the electronic commerce industry which is growing rapidly but is full of intensecompetition to reduce operation costs and improve their core competitiveness. Usingthe theory and method of purchasing and supply chain management，this articlestudies the procurement system of YP electronic Business Company and put forwardthe optimization of procurement management improvement measures.This paper takes YP Electronic Business Company as the research object，combined with the actual situation of case analysis of YP company’s purchasingmanagement in supply chain，on the basis of domestic and foreign research status ofthe supply chain and purchasing management literature review. It starts from thepresent situation of purchasing management analysis and issues research of YPcompany，proposes the purchasing strategy and its systematic business processdesign based on the supply chain environment，discusses the implementation of theideas and goals of the purchasing management strategy， and studies on theoperability of specific business processes. The conclusion of the study of purchasingmanagement under the environment of supply chain for large enterprise groups has agreat value in theory and practice.
