| As the development of society and improvement of productivity, the people’s demand for means of produce and subsistence is not only sufficient quantity any longer, but also quality is becoming a key element, especially market economy is in the midst of a massive boom in china in recent years while most of products manufacturing industry step into buyer’s market with increasing fierce competition enforcing product certification, especially international product certification, is an important method to improve product competitiveness and win market confidence. However, due to lack of experience, low level of standardization, and current certification status and a variety of market and external environment change, our manufacturing companies are in difficult time when involving in international certification.The household appliances manufacturers of Guangdong province are one of the most active groups participating in the EU product certification since the requirement of export. Product certification is required whether for a large enterprise or a small one. It is an important issue facing the managers and leaders of these enterprises at all times that how to master the Game Rule, improve the standardization level, perform the international product certification successfully and meet the demand rapidly.This study chooses the statistics of145product certification projects (including105GS,32CEBEC,8FI) from SGS applied by the manufacturers in Guangdong province as the study samples, surveys and analyses the real situation through SPSS software, explores the factors that affect the product certification, the relationship between these factors and certification and between these factors, and gives suggestions for reference based on these statistics and analysis finally. |
