In recent years, energy consumption surges and the ecological environment is deteriorating. Especially, the sharp increase in carbon dioxide emission lead to the worsening global climate change. Global low carbon revolution is on the rise. The government introduced a policy of low carbon product certification to guide and encourage household refrigerating appliances supply chain companies to achieve the supply chain win-win situation in economic and ecological by giving full consideration to the impact of carbon emissions when pursuing economic interests. Combined with the low carbon supply chain and supply chain network optimization theory, this paper analyzes the effect of low carbon product certification on household refrigeration appliances supply chain network optimization. First of all, this paper make a brief introduction to the household refrigeration appliances supply chain, then analyze the characteristics of household refrigerating appliances supply chain under the conditions of low carbon product certification. Besides, this paper proposes the goals and principles of household refrigeration appliances supply chain network optimization. Based on those research, this paper qualitatively analyze how the low carbon product certification effect household refrigeration appliances supply chain in the aspects of product design, procurement, production, logistics and recycling. On the basis of qualitative analysis, this paper use0-1mixed integer programming and multi-objective programming approach comprehensively to establish the model of household refrigeration appliances supply chain network optimization based on low carbon production certification. From the perspective of cost and carbon emission, this model considering the effect of low carbon product certification on product design, procurement, production, logistics, recycling, realize the supply chain network optimization. At last, this paper makes a numerical simulation analysis of the model, and this case further demonstrates the scientific nature and feasibility of the model.
