At present, unsound and imperfect internal financial control system as well as other realted issues have become common problems for current domestic group companies during their development.With the multi-areas and multi-industry expansion of T Group, management, especially some open questions related to the company's financial control, has become a major bottleneckfor development. Therefore, in order to promote the sustainable development of T Group, an important issue needs to be studied, that is, how to make in-depth researches and do constant practices as well as explorations to work out an effective internal financial control system integrated with actual situation of T Group.The thesis states the related theory of financial control. According to T Group's current financial control situation and considering the company's demand, the thesis proposes some management ideas and detailed solutions after the system evaluation and analysis of existing problems. Making integrated application of dialectical analytical method, causal analytical method, value chain analytical method and PEST analytical method, the thesis gives in-depth assessment and problem analysis of T Group's current financial control situation. Besides, it does an analysis of the horizontal and vertical value chain, as well as the macro-environment of T Group's financial control. Base on all those analysis, the thesis explicitly presents the management ideas and detailed solutions to build T Group's financial control system, and finally determines relevant safeguard measures, which will provide protection for T Group to resolve the current management predicament and step into sustainable development.
