Based on in-depth investigation of the development and trend of bidding procurement in various industries,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the current electronic tendering and bidding.Besides,combined with the actual demand for electronic tendering and bidding,this paper focuses on how to achieve electronic procurement,document standardization,online evaluation,data aggregation accuracy and regulatory network to prevent to deceit secret operations,bid rigging,restrictions excluding potential bidder's problems so as to develop electronic aided bid evaluation system.Consequently,a comprehensive and paperless innovative procurement transaction mode is realized,and the evaluation committee is used to reduce the staff's daily tedious editing,checking,statistics and making related bid evaluation reports.While improving work efficiency,the bidding process is guaranteed to standardize and follow the bidding process.Firstly,the technology needed to realize the electronic aided bid evaluation system is introduced in this essay.Then by combing the bidding process,the system components are analyzed,and the six system function modules are divided into six modules: bidding module,bidding module,evaluation committee module,open bid module,electronic bid evaluation module and bid evaluation monitoring module.Each module carries out the form design one by one,and finally realizes the system function one by one through requirement analysis,code compilation and system debugging.The system mainly chooses the integrated development mode,and integrates Web Service technology,Web Ajax,XMPP transport protocol,Socket mechanism and many other technologies and tools.It is mainly designed around the system's reliability principle,standardization principle,safety principle,expansibility principle and easy operation principle.The system is developed through the use of C/S(client / server)architecture,B/S(Browser / server)architecture and C/S and B/S hybrid architecture.The system design scheme is reasonable,the technology route is mature,the user interface is friendly,and can adapt to the procurement needs of the industry.
