Research On The Copyright Of The Aggregate News Client

In the Mobile Internet era,the aggregation of news clients use algorithm recom mended technology,for users to push accurate information,triggering mobile infor mation market personalized trend.In the traditional media only involved in the prod uction of the checks,not related to the copyright gatekeeper,aggregation news clie nt in the copyright check is a new research topic.This paper based on the theory of gatekeeper using the research methods of news production ethnography,and the specific use of in-depth interviews and participation in observation research metho ds,a case study of a Polymer News Client as an Example.In the case study,I fou nd that the contents of the investigation involved in copyright,algorithm recomme ndations still need to manually check,especially the copyright by the manual chec k,manual check the copyright link also involves a new problem.With the new dis covery,the author analysis the gatekeeper which in the different media environment,the gatekeeper appears a pattern of man-machine intelligence common check,and th e algorithm is recommended to become a new trend.The copyright check is a mea ns of aggregating news clients to resolve copyright disputes,standardizing the indu stry's development order,balancing the interests of traditional media and aggregate d news clients.The wa-y of the copyright check exists a unfair competition and t he legal supervision have a loopholes.In fact the copyright check is only a means by which the copyright owner is used to circumvent responsibility and does not re ally solve the copyright issue,which has been controversial.The corresponding mea sures that can be taken to address these issues have a sound legal system that cla rifies the legal provisions,Introducing the third party supervisory body,strengthening the copyright legal awareness of new media personnel.Copyright gatekeeper is the transition period of the old and new media fusion process,and promotes the further development of media integration.At the same time,copyright protection invol ves the combination of copyright and gatekeepers in two areas,exploring the devel opment of the theory of gatekeeper in the new media.
