Latex Dipping Line Automation Control System Transformation Design

In this thesis,according to the production control requirements of the dipping line in a condom manufacturing enterprise in QingDao,the original production line is carried out with automation reconstruction design,which adopts a control mode based on PLC and configuration software with the data interaction function of the MES & ERP.The system includes PLC control system and host computer system,data statistics and analysis system,and EPCS system(enterprise production control system)which uploads the data statistics to the customer.The reconstructed equipment control system mainly consists of three parts.The first part is the field integrated display and control system,which realizes totally automatic monomer production line control through automation transformation to the present line system and adding field sensor,PLC and touching screen;The second part is the host computer monitoring and control picture,which integrates all the factory production lines into one host computer by the host computer software to centrally monitor and control all the production line;The third part is the TV display system which produces and displays kinds of data reports through collecting and analyzing the field data,in order that relevant persons can inquire and observe them.Omron PLC and touching screen are adopted in the fieldintegrated display system for controlling and displaying,and Siemens Wincc is adopted in the host computer for programming.Visual Studio 2013 developing software is adopted in data statistics and analysis system and the data is managed through SQL Server data base.OPC server is adopted to exchange data through optimizing the system internet,which makes all the dipping line system a bottom-up system structure.The system has its obvious features.It realizes the automatic unattended operation,integrated monitoring and control to the production line;it provides data alarm and data report through the TV display system.The report tables will be collected and analyzed automatically,realizing paperless automatic data transformation and the data can be sent to the corporation headquarters through EPCS system.Through times of debugging,the system has achieved great effect.After reconstruction,the production system runs stably,the performance has reached the design requirements,and good economic benefits are gained.The industry promotion of it has a great prospect.
