With the increasing development of industrial automation technology, the combination of industrial production and electrical automation technology has become increasingly critical. Based on an actual project, the application of Omron PLC, touch screen and WINCC in condom dipping line reconstruction project were explained, which can monitor and control the production line status. After transformation, the system reduced the amount of latex, water and other raw material, reduced the workload of workers and improved productivity and product qualification rate.This paper designed a dipping production line monitoring and control alarm system, and its main work focused on:First, the problems of the original control system were analyzed, but also for the shortcomings of the original control system, renovation comments were proposed, and a new program was designed.Second, according to the transformation plan of the proposed control requirements, hardware was selected, the system used PLC as a center in a dipping production line control system, and used PLC to start or stop the drive motor and control speed. At the same time, the monitoring value of the sensor will be delivered to the OPC server sensor. Touch screen displayed the current operating status of centralized production line, recorded the trends of monitoring amount and provided specific alarm information. From OPC servers, WINCC acquired, recorded and displayed the data.Third, the software part of the control system was designed, which included the PLC program, touch screen, WINCC screen configuration and scripts. The control system had local and remote control modes. Device Net, Modbus and Industrial Ethernet were used to communicate.Fourth, the system was debugged. The hardware and software was intermoduled and the problems caused during intermodulation were described, and the solutions to these problems were given.It turned out that the dipping production line monitoring system can meet the production requirements and improve product yields and productivity, which has a very good utility. |
