The relationship between online media supervision and judicial fairness has become a hot topic in the society along with the advancement of the rule of law.The supervision of online media has become one of the indispensable forces in contemporary real life. There is a harmonious and unified side between the two, that is,the goal is the same, both to achieve social justice;there is also a conflict, such as online media subjects may not be trained to special legal knowledge, often with a perceptual moral level to comment on related Legal issues, but judicial practitioners often use deep knowledge and strong professionalism to judge cases.Professionalism is different from the starting point, and it naturally triggers conflicts.Judicial trials are entangled in the current era of online media, and they are more intended to control public opinion and guide judicial trials.Despite contradictions, online media supervision has played an extremely important role in ensuring judicial justice. It not only contained possible judicial corruption, but also promoted judicial authority. The advantages and disadvantages of trade-offs not only allow the freedom of the press under the supervision of the Internet media to be brought into full play, but also safeguard the value of judicial fairness, and it is necessary to seek an important node that can promote the balance and interaction between the two.In this regard, the strategy of handling the problems between online media and the judiciary by foreign countries is conducive to finding solutions to problems. It must strengthen industry self-discipline and behavioral norms, and the judiciary must increase the degree of inclusion, openness and fairness, and the improvement of relevant legislation.Build a rational and just lawful China.
