At present,with the improvement of living standards and science and technology,The demand for electric energy is increasing and with a serious waste of industrial energy,The research of high efficiency and energy saving asynchronous motor is being paid more and more attention by researchers and enterprises.In asynchronous motor,the parameter setting of speed PI regulator plays an important role in the speed regulation performance of induction motor.In order to solve the problem of parameter setting of speed PI regulator,the improved genetic algorithm and the performance index function are studied in this paper,Then,based on improved genetic algorithm,the PI parameter optimization of speed sensorless vector control of induction motor is proposed.The contents of this paper are as follows:Research on Improved Genetic Algorithm.Genetic algorithm(GA)in the optimization of the PI parameters of the control system,There is a local scope of the feasible solution of the PI parameter which is caused by the presetting of crossover and mutation probability,and the convergence of the parameters of the system is very early.So,in order to solve the defects of genetic algorithm to adjust the speed of the PI parameter,this paper investigates the use of fitness in the development degree of each generation set cross exponential function and individual characteristics,the improved genetic algorithm of mutation probability(IGA).Study on multiple performance index function.The performance index function determines the performance of the control system.Therefore,in order to improve the control performance of induction motor,the output of the PI controller is designed,and the overshoot and steady-state error are used to form the multiple performance index function based on the error time performance index function.In order to prove that the improved genetic algorithm has a good effect on the speed sensor-less vector control system of induction motor,The simulation model of the whole system is built on the matlab/simulink simulation platform in this paper.The Z-N tuning method,genetic algorithm and improved genetic algorithm are used to optimize the parameters of the PI controller at the same time,and the simulation results are given by the three method.By using the improved genetic algorithm for parameter optimization of asynchronous motor speed PI speed response curve based on Z-N method,genetic algorithm has better regulation,response and stability.Finally,based on the experimental platform of asynchronous motor teaching instrument,the whole optimization system is verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the speed sensor-less vector control of induction motor based on improved genetic algorithm is feasible,correct and effective,and has a good application prospect in the industrial market.
