High-volume,automatic collection of high-resolution images of insect specimens,and its real-time transmission through the network,the platform for sharing three-dimensional observation for research purposes,the insect specimen as a research object,digital processing,design and development of insect specimen image acquisition system and network The exhibition platform realizes automatic collection and three-dimensional observation of specimen images.Live insects were captured by means of personal capture and online procurement,and physical specimens were produced using the needle insertion method to provide physical samples for digital collection of insect specimens.Using the comparison method,compare the same type of multiple hardware devices,comprehensively compare their advantages and disadvantages,and select the appropriate motor,shooting equipment and other hardware devices.Connect the physical lines and build a rotating platform for the acquisition system.The host computer control software was written to realize the synchronization of the various hardware workflows between the systems.In combination with the macro shooting technology,the insect specimen images were completed in large quantities and collected automatically.Insect specimen image data is stored in a spreadsheet format combined with XML to facilitate the updating and maintenance of later data.Through the image processing software for display platform design and production.Based on the insect ID number generated by the user interaction,the network platform accurately locates and retrieves the relevant image data information in the database and displays it dynamically.The network display platform realizes fast navigation,data extraction,dynamic data display,user interaction,detailed browsing and other functions,and achieves detailed and detailed 3D observation.The acquisition system quickly performs large-scale image acquisition without human intervention.The acquired image has a high resolution,and the detailed features of the insect are obvious,which improves the efficiency of image collection and achieves the purpose of automatic collection.The network platform realizes three-dimensional observation of insect images through fast navigation,data extraction,and user interaction,which helps to share theresources of insect specimens.
