The Research And Implementation Of The Trap Based Information Acquisition Terminal And Information System For Stored Grain Pests

China as a big country of grain storage,the prevention and control of stored-grain pests has been an important research direction of food industry.To study the effective prevention and control of stored-grain pests,the first task is to apply scientific detection methods to monitor the pests during storage time.At present,a variety of methods have been applied in practical work to detect pests by the grain depots of our country.However,a lot of manual operation is required in the detection process,and the information degree is low.In recent years,with the development of information technology,good solutions are provided for the design of new type pests detection system.To improve the information degree and the intelligence degree of pests detection,the study of pests information acquisition terminal and the system was conducted in this paper.The proposed pests information acquisition terminal and the system can provide the functions of pests information acquisition,data management,pest detection and other functions,which has the advantages of quick installation,easy operation,convenient maintenance and so on.The contributions of this paper are as follows:1.Two kinds of trap grain pests information acquisition terminals were researched and implemented.The information acquisition of stored-grain pests in the corrugated traps and the sticky board traps was realized.2.The data transmission control terminal was researched and implemented.The power management and the data collection of the information acquisition terminals for stored-grain pests were realized.3.The data management software for stored-grain pests information was researched and implemented.The image recognition and data preservation of stored-grain pests were realized.The staff of the grain depots can know the real-time pests information well and manage the data information of the grain depot by accessing the software through browsers.4.The system has been deployed in the Anhui Modern Logistics Demonstration Base,the Qingyuan National Grain Reserve,and other depots.The system is stable and reliable at present,which had made a significant contribution to the early prevention and control of stored-grain pests.
