With the rise of the era of network,all walks of life are subject to the impact of the network economy,bears the challenge at the same time,also faces great opportunities In the field of communications,China mobile company is also active attack,looking for a sudden break,hope to deal with on the Internet to create a traditional communication service platform,by further extending,also provide services for other industries.In this paper,the research background of the project is the mobile billing system of China Mobile Heilongjiang branch.Through the research and analysis of the commonly used framework,the system uses JSP+Servlet+JDBC+JavaBean lightweight framework to achieve,on the basis of the MVC model,the framework can reduce the burden on the server,improve flexibility and reusability.This system uses JSP technology,uses inheritance and so on,calls each kind of system quickly,enhances the development efficiency.The system uses the My SQL database for data management,calls the database through efficient SQL language,quickly inquires and modifies the data,solves a large number of business operators concurrent operation processing data.In order to enhance the operability of the system,we carried out a large number of detailed system analysis,detailed design of the main modules of the system,such as opening accounts,business management,business acceptance,accounts and other modules.The account module is the salesperson input customer information for the corresponding brand mobile phone card for users;sales management module is the system administrator to add,delete,change,check the management of sales;business acceptance module is a salesperson to customers for a variety of business;consolidated accounts function is to merge the old and new users account.This system is a mobile billing system specifically designed for Heilongjiang mobile company,to achieve a good salesperson of business management,the administrator of the sales management needs;at the same time this system is also suitable for other communication companies,improve the accounting ability of Mobile Corporation,to achieve rapid development of Mobile Corporation.
