Liaoning Mobile Yu Hong Branch Billing Management System Design And Implementation

Chinese ecnomy has improved fastlyl with the reform and opening, especially in the development of the telecom industry. Information Industry Ministry expects that the number of mobile phone in China will reach750million and its rate of total number of telephone users will account for66.32%.The traditional billing management way is difficult to adapt to the growth of the user’s demand, so new pricing management system based on the computer and network technology has appeared. In this thesis, design and implementation a mobile charging management system based on the web model, which is based on the experience of working in China mobile of Liaoning province, and combine with computer technology to make system development, mainly includes the following content:(1) Design and realize the system management functions, including user login and registration management, as well as the personal information management;(2) To implement the user’s pay cost and inquires the core functions, including payment methods, fast and pay cost, history inquires refund and related function and the design and realization of the;(3) The system and the design of the front desk background, will the user use and background management separation and in the logical relation, achieve the function of the system and performance optimization.In this thesis, we use the JSP technology to code the web program, and use SQLServer2005database management system to manage the datas.In the end, system test and analysis is made and accord to results of the test and analysis to modify and improve the function of the system. The test results shows:the design of mobile charging management system has achieved the user’s needs and the development purposes.
