The nation has made great efforts to research and develop the needed equipment for offshore supply,which makes it become a kind of military power.This paper is focusing on the crane system in active wave compensation based on neural network algorithm,these are new high technological marine supplies and equipment in the future,in order to compensate a series of relative motion of ships promptly caused by some factors such as the movement of the sea.In this way,it can ensure the safe and smooth operation of the ship in the complex ocean environment.There are great significant strategies and economic benefits with the development of the whole active wave compensation crane system.This essay according to the system of wave compensation at home and abroad has carried out a range of relevant researches about its background,analyzed several forms of wave compensation,both at home and abroad in the field of wave compensation research is not great,this thesis focuses on the selection of the active heave compensation system for analysis and research.By analyzing the principle of wave compensation,and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of active and passive wave compensation,active wave compensation is chosen.According to the time series of mathematics,the ship's state of motion is simply analyzed in a timely manner.After a simple description of the entire hydraulic system,the working principle of its hydraulic motion is analyzed.On the basis of establishing the mathematical model of the whole system,it is necessary to study it accurately.Select the appropriate control strategy can greatly improve the response of the stability of the whole system,this thesis through the analysis and comparison of traditional control theory,the PDF control strategy is reasonable,and the neural network are combined,based on neural network PDF control algorithm is applied to the active heave compensation crane control system to.Through the MATLAB software simulation,show the superior performance of the whole system,and can well meet the control requirements of the whole system.Finally,the experimental platform is built,and the LabVIEW software is used to monitor the whole system.The reasonable combination of theory and experiment,the neural network PDF control strategy combines the advantages of neural network and PDF control algorithm adaptive,fast response,strong anti-interference and good stability and other characteristics,is a kind of excellent control technology,can fully meet the active wave compensation crane control system of strict requirements the control algorithm,and has broad application prospects in the field of other control.
