Today, every kind of infectious disease still seriously threats the mankind such as SARS, H5N1 etc..The most ideal means to prevent the high-pathogenic infectious disease coming is to control the high-pathogenic virus evolution tightly. And we should discover, monitor measure and kill the high-pathogenic infectious virus before the infectious disease break out. On these grounds, a kind of timely measurement and early-warning system in high-pathogenic infectious disease for the moving crowd is researched.This thesis studied the system's possibility and key technique of the early-warning application of high-pathogenic virus through the biomedical science, the correspondence technique, SCM technique, embedded technique and sensor technique etc.In this thesis, based on wireless transmission through SMS service and identify district through the database of VLR on GSM network, the 2nd generation network of mobile communications, a monitor system which both can timely accurately measure the moving body's temperature and identify the moving body's district, the timely measurement and early-warning system in infectious disease for the moving crowd, is designed and set up. The timely body's temperature measurement and early-warning system in infectious disease for the moving crowd will produce the positive function before the disease infectious disease breaks out.on the foundation of above-mentioned project, the hardware of the system's main control-board is designed and manufactured. In the meantime, the software procedure of the system's main control-board is designed by the language of KEIL C. Also a comprehensive experiment is finished, which recorded the whole body temperature data and the wireless air connects etc. ,in the GSM platform.On the trial, the system's temperature data measure accurate, and the system run stabilization and credibility.The trial of this system is successful.And it have already got the new patent in Chinese patent bureau now (patent number:200420098375.8).End, the thesis explored every possibility of how to improve the accuracy of identify district through GPS(Global Positioning System)and how to design videotex...
