At present,Chinese domestic manufacturing enterprises have been challenged by the increasing labor cost,while the optimization of the production dispatching can significantly boost the efficacy of the production for these enterprises.In particular,small and medium scaled labor-intensive manufacturing enterprises,which lack of the automatic facilities due to the investment,can reply on the optimization of the production dispatching to improve the production efficiency.The optimization of the production dispatching has been a challenging topic in the field of the manufacturing.It has been attracting lots of the attentions in the domestic and abroad academies.Because of its complex mathematic modelling and sophisticate algorithm,different related research and computer-aided analysis about the modelling and algorithm has been broadly established.In this research,the actual dispatching demand about the production of electrochemical sensors in Shanghai Leici Sensor Tech.Ltd is used as the case study.The manual dispatching currently dominant in Shanghai Leici Sensor Tech.Ltd has been optimized.According to the analysis of current production situation,the mathematic modelling of the production dispatching is proposed accordingly,and then genetic algorithm set up by MATLAB is applied to simulate and compute the model.By the comparison of the data between the simulating dispatching via the genetic algorithm and the current manual dispatching,it is found that at the premise of the product quality at the same level the optimized dispatching approach by computing can improve the efficiency of the production by 5%,which validates the feasibility of the mathematic modelling and algorithm.Meanwhile,different functions and interfacial designs of the optimized genetic algorithm-based dispatching software are also studied,which can be the promise for further use of the dispatching software.
