With the rapid increasement of the energy consumption,the research of thermoelectric has been taken more seriously.In the process of the thermoelectric research,researchers need to monitor real-time the cooling and heating source of the thermoelectric and the open-circuit voltage in different seasons,different environments and different periods,meanwhile,they need to record data which they get in the long term.In order to reduce the cost of research and improve scientific research efficiency,the battery with the functional completeness in the on-line monitoring system is necessary.According to the demand,this paper designed a set of the on-line monitoring system based on the thermoelectric which has a variety of communication methods integration,high precision and high flexibility.The system consists of sampling module,filter module,communication module and related software.In the process of the design,We take full account of the intelligent development direction of the online monitoring system based on the thermoelectric,remote centralized management and the development trend of the online maintenance.We focus on the following aspects of the design.Firstly,we study the sensitivity parameters of the battery and put forward a measurement program.The 24-bit sample of the weak voltage signal is realized and the FIR filter is designed parametricly.The coefficients can be dynamically adjusted by command remotely to improve the ability of adapting to the scene.In the process of realizing the FIR,it can optimize the way of processing the coeffcient and reduce the accurate loss of the coeficient.In the design of the SoPC communication framework,this paper designs FIFO which has two AHB interfaces to connect the Cortex-M3 processing kernel and FPGA application logic to improve the efficiency and reliability of the system.In the communication mode,this paper integrates RS485,WIFI and a variety of transmission channels.We design a set of the relatively complete command system,meanwhile,the centralized management of equipment and remote online monitoring and maintenance is realized.In the application of data transmission,Presence information is used as the application of data transmission.It can filter out a large amount of command information,reduce the pressure of analyzing plug-ins in the server-side and improve the efficiency of data storage.
