High Efficiency Video Coding H.265/HEVC is the Transformation Coding which is based on the image block,due to the coarse quantization of transform coefficient,it produce serious block effect and ringing effect and seriously affecting the viewer's visual experience.In order to improve the subjective and objective quality of the image to meet the needs of high definition,the thesis mainly studied the loop filtering technology in H.265/HEVC,and through it was optimized to get better image quality.In this thesis,the coding framework of H.265/HEVC was studied in detail,and the filtering algorithm and filtering sequence of loop filter technology were introduced in detail with HM16.6.The thesis adopted the image block recovery method based on fuzzy genetic algorithm and the 16 × 16 de-blocking filter to replace the original loop filtering technique of H.265/HEVC,to restore the original appearance of degraded image as much as possible and to achieve the purpose of removing the block effect.In this thesis,four different video test sequences were compressed by using the low latency coding method and using the loop filter technique or un-using the loop filter technique or using optimized loop filter technology,which could be used to obtain the reconstructed video sequence,the Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio of each sequence and the average Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio of the entire reconstructed video sequence.By contrastively analyzing the images of different reconstructed video sequences,the gradient of the pixel values on both sides of the block boundary before and after loop filtering,the Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio of each sequence,it could be seen that the subjective and objective quality of video images were improved and the anti-jamming of video images were increased.Although the encoding time was slightly longer than before,it basically completed the experimental requirements.
