The Evolution And Characteristics Of China's Library Policy After The Founding Of The People's Republic Of China

The library is an important institution for the collection,collation,preservation and dissemination of human knowledge and culture,and provides a strong foundation for the development of society.The development of the library has benefited from the establishment of the library business,while the library business needs to be backed by a systematic and scientific library policy.This paper begins with the definition of the main body of our library policy,including the main body of the government and the main body of the industry.The development of the policy of the library is divided into two stages before and after the reform,opening up and reform and opening up.And then from the various periods of China introduced the introduction of different library policy analysis,the impact of China's library policy development of the four major factors that political,economic,cultural and technological.And then analyzes the library policy in China from the perspective of the existing problems.It has the following characteristics:the non-systematic nature of the policy,the lag of legislation,the uneven distribution of local policy,and the ambiguity of the library council policy.Finally,four suggestions are put forward for the existing problems:speed up national legislation,combine country and local conditions,promote the balance of local library policies and formulate the implementation rules of library council system.
