The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that influence the user's continued use of APP.This paper will continue to use the model to the information system(ECM-IT)as the theoretical basis,and on this basis,combined with the characteristics of the research object,the perception of performance,habits,brand image and switching costs into the model,the perceived performance by perceived usefulness,perceived convenience,perceived quality and perceived safety four study on influence factors,perceived performance dimensions and habits,brand image and switching costs for users to continue to use intention.In this paper,the influence factors are selected through literature research,and the research hypothesis is verified by the design of questionnaire and data analysis.The analysis tools used in the data analysis are SPSS20.0 and AMOS 17.0.This research through empirical study found that mobile takeaway APP users perceived performance,habits and brand image and switching costs on users'contiuance intention have significant positive effects,user satisfaction also has a significant direct impact on users' continuance intention and Expectation Confirmation,have a significant positive effect on perceived performance and satisfaction.Finally,according to the results of the study and the actual situation,this paper puts forward some suggestions,and summarizes the deficiencies and future prospects of this study.
