Research On Environmental Reporting Of China Youth Daily (2011-2015)

Environmental issues are important issues concerning national development as well as public survival and safety.Fog and haze make environmental issues widely concerned from 2013.The state attaches more importance to environmental issues and media pay more attention to environmental reports with efforts made in the area increased year by year.The thesis analyzes environmental reports released on the China Youth Daily during 2011-2015 period,explores problems existed in the environmental reports released on the China Youth Daily,and analyzes the reasons behind.The thesis believes that factors like the intervention of local protectionism,industrialized operation of media,circumstances faced by journalists and scientific literacy of journalists can all lead to nonstandard reports.Since the China Youth Daily enjoys a high reputation among readers for years,environmental reports released on the China Youth Daily can provide the improvement of environmental reports released on other media with reference.
