Intelligent fault diagnosis service is an important part of intelligent upgrade of manufacturing equipment.It is an effective measure to improve the quality and efficiency of fault diagnosis and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and ensure its stable operation.In this paper,HPP8500P type powder molding machine is taken as the application object to study the intelligent fault diagnosis method,an embedded intelligent fault diagnosis system for large scale powder molding machine is designed and developed to achieve the intelligent fault diagnosis process.Firstly,the status of fault diagnosis technology and the application of embedded technology in intelligent fault diagnosis are analyzed.Combined with the structure and fault characteristics of the powder molding machine,the function requirements are analyzed and the overall design of the system is completed.Secondly,according to the structure and fault characteristics of the large-scale powder molding machine,the intelligent fault diagnosis method based on the fault tree model is studied,and the BDD graph and the F-V minimum cut set method are combined to achieve the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the model.A fault diagnosis strategy based onjFV sorting factor is formulated to take account of the accuracy and efficiency of the diagnosis.The effectiveness of the method is verified by a fault instance.Then the hardware platform of the field intelligent data terminal is built up through the modular design method.The software design and development of the system realize the application of embedded real-time operating system in the field intelligent data terminal and the intelligent fault diagnosis method based on fault tree model.At last,the main function modules of the field intelligent data terminal and the remote diagnosis and service platform are debugged,and the whole operation of the system is carried out on the prototype of HPP8500P type powder molding machine.The embedded intelligent fault diagnosis system studied in this paper has been used in HPP8500P type powder molding machine.The system has achieved the expected goals of intelligent fault diagnosis and promoted the level of intelligent fault diagnosis,which also has some reference value for the development and application of intelligence fault diagnosis system for powder molding manufacturing equipment and other manufacturing equipment.
