With the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading,as well as the support of national policy,China's industrial robot market share is growing and the robot is widely used in many industrial fields,At present,because its good welding quality and high welding efficiency,welding robot has been applied to a lot of welding production line of engineering machinery.The reliability design technology of PR1400 welding robot is studied in this thesis.Firstly,before the research of the reliability design of PR1400 welding robot,the structure,basic parameters and performance requirements of the welding robot system have been studied.According to PR1400 welding robot system's structure division,reliability diagram is protracted and reliability mathematical model is built for its system.The reliability design of the robot is carried out with the subsystem as the research object.Secondly,based on the fault tree analysis of PR1400 welding robot,its main failure mode is obtained.In order to search and analysis the reason of failure phenomenon of welding robot,the FMECA is used.This reliability analysis method not only finds welding robot system's failure reason but also formulates the corresponding corrective measures.the FMEA analysis tables is given.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation sorts the hazard of the failure mode and determines the key parts of the welding robot body subsystem by the principle of the key parts and the results of the hazard analysis.Then,the thesis predictes the currently reliability level and allocates reliability aims of this robot.Because the control subsystem of PR1400 is composed of a large number of electronic components,it can be predicted by traditional reliability prediction method.But the body subsystem and the welding subsystem contains a large number of self-made parts,the reliability level of these parts cannot be expected.So this part uses expert scoring method based on fuzzy theory.In order to make enterprise researchers determine its requirements of reliability design,reliability allocation to the PR 1400 welding robot system is conducted.Finally,the thesis establishes a PANDA-FRACAS information management system,which is used to collect and arrange the information which includes of fault data,reliability analysis data,reliability prediction and allocation information.
