This paper introduces the current situation of laboratory equipment management of Lishui University, analyzes the present application situation of the equipment management system and the practical significance, the main research is to define the direction of the laboratory equipment management system related to teaching and science, to determine the target for the improvement for the original manual management and manual operation management and process, gives the main work to research and analysis the content of system. The relevant business analysis classified the detailed description, and puts forward the key problems, for the original business analysis, clear the original business process in low efficiency, backward management methods, put forward the feasible scheme of business process optimization, make full use of the network computer system technology, will the original management functions redivides, the corresponding function can not be influenced by the original space and time constraints, greatly improve the usability of the system; this paper uses object-oriented method and unified modeling language tool for research and analysis, through the analysis of user roles and use case analysis, clear the various functions of the system, the overall structure the functional architecture gives the system and function modules for the acquisition, management, account management, laboratory equipment transport For management, management, inventory management and other core function modules are analyzed in detail, and the basic information management module and system management summary analysis in data analysis, a detailed analysis of the thumbnail class and entity class relations, and create the corresponding experimental equipment management system database table.
