Analysis And Design Of The Asset Management System Of The Training Center

Training center as an experimental base for all kinds of courses, the role of teaching is more and more important. The more time the experiment is operated, the number of the equipment is greatly increased, which increases the difficulty of asset management. In the face of this situation, managers need a management system that can effectively manage the assets of the training room and guarantee the normal education and teaching order. Firstly, this paper analyzes the background of the asset management of the training center of Taizhou Vocational College of Science and Technology, and summarizes some problems existing in the current asset management. With my years of work experience in management training center, four from the user's point of view, has carried on the detailed demand analysis, including business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements and non functional requirements, and gives the process flow diagram, use case diagram and class diagram of the system concept, the use case description; system design the system, the overall design and module design, including the fixed assets register module, asset classification module, department management module, asset repair module, assets by module, asset compensation module, asset retirement asset module, query module, print module, user management module, the module of function structure design are given (package diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram) (collaboration diagram) and processing flow chart, and use the entity class diagram, E-R diagram and database table structure of log According to the detailed design of database; system is to use the idea of software engineering to analyze and design the system by smaller, relatively independent modules, and most modules and entities in the real world should be relative, reducing the complexity of the system, improve the system's understandability and reusability. To a large extent, to solve the current problems in the school training center asset management. In order to reduce the working pressure of the staff, improve the efficiency of the work, to provide a reliable guarantee for the normal teaching activities. At the end of this paper, the contents of the research are summarized, the main work of this paper is described, and the further work is prospected.
