With the development of the society, people’s living standards and the people’s demand formedical and health system have improved, at the same time, the current healthcare system cannotmeet the demand of the growing health problems still exists. Firstly, it is still difficult to see adoctor in the present system of medical and health care. Secondly, the vast majority of thedisease can be cured just only by monitoring at time, without the hospital treatment. Finally, thecurrent aging process is accelerated, increasing number of older adults, in addition to thecontinuous decline in physical quality, such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes andother diseases, therefore the measurement should be done anytime as well as anywhere. Basedon the above a series of reasons, the concept of mobile medical treatment put forward. Mobilemedical treatment uses wireless network, wireless signal and the realization of medicalinformation to change the traditional treatment medical model to prevention medical model.A mobile medical system is designed based on the above reasons, the system is mainly torealize real-time monitoring of blood glucose and blood pressure data measured in the bloodglucose meter, and send related data to mobile device. In addition, in order to achieve thedynamic storage capacity, the system makes full use of the cloud platform mass storage databasefor data storage. Partner system sends the human body blood pressure measured data uploaded tothe cloud platform database through the design of the blood sugar and blood glucose metersphygmomanometer3g wireless transmission module. Then the database of health care throughdata screening optimization transmits the effective health monitoring data to mobile medicalintelligent terminal. In this system, the mobile intelligent terminal only uses Android mobileintelligent terminal.In this paper, the main work is as follows:Firstly, This paper introduces the background and related research status quo of mobilemedical system design, It focus on a few use of related technologies, including mobile medicalapplication platform, cloud platform related technologies and the Android development ofrelated technology with system planning.Secondly, based on the theory of paper detailed research, this paper puts forward the wholestructure of this system, including the collection terminal, cloud platform database and mobileintelligent terminal, and then it designs the three components of the system structure andimplementation of function. Thirdly, the system implements including blood sugar partner sphygmomanometer,3gwireless transmission module structure design, cloud platform database table structure, database,interface code to write, mobile phone Android client application development, software code onthe basis of the system design, In this paper the key is to ensure real-time and high efficiencydata transmission and complete system requirements of various functions.Fourthly, this paper designs a good system to conduct a comprehensive test work, includingthe system function implementation result diagram, figure interface test result, the end userfeedback the result in figure and so on., they are all used to ensure the effectiveness of thesystem implementation.
