The orbit camera robot can compensate the effects of shake and low accuracy when taking a photo on the photographic quality.For the problem of that the control method of orbit camera robot on the market is single,an abundant control-functions orbit camera robot is designed and its server system is studied in this paper.The server system mainly includes PC(Personal Computer),console and video matrix.In this design,workers can remotely control many orbit camera robots to achieve cooperative shooting via the server system,which can offer more abundant shooting function.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The system structure of orbit camera robot is introduced.According to the users'specific application,the functional requirement of the server is analyzed,and the main hardware equipment of the server system is determined.(2)The user interface of the server system is designed based on the Kingview software.The design processes of user login,management interface,main interface,preset interface,time axis interface and touch screen interface are introduced.Then the communication modes between Kingview and PLC controller is analyzed.Moreover,based on the requirement analysis of data management in the system,the database system is designed.(3)In order to compensate the disadvantage of Kingview software on dynamic display image,video capture and data management,the ActiveX controls of login and preset,data acquisition,video display and backup and timeline management are designed.The functions of user safety management,framework real-time display,SD memory card remote data backup,presetting camera and timeline management are realized by using the data transmission mechanism between Kingview and ActiveX controls.(4)The debugging process of the orbiting camera robot server is given.Then some corresponding improvement methods are proposed.Finally,the paper is summarized and some suggestions for improvement are given.
