With the development of science and technology and people's high demand for the products,the transport system is developing towards the direction of intelligent and networking.Based on the principle of shell transport,this paper designed an intelligent transport system with the basic part of annular structure,and simplified the annular structure and design an experimental system,aimed at researching its clutch control issue.First of all,this paper analyzed the annular structure's clutch control process,then focused on the performance of motor control.Based on the selected PMSM,built its math function and designed its servo control system.Furthermore,the paper deducted the PI controller's parameter,and improve the performance of servo system by referring fuzzy control theory,get the PI parameter by off-line way.With the formulated control scheme,the paper designed system's hardware and software,including motor control program,CAN Communication program and motor drive circuit and so on.At last,the paper did some experiments about the system robust ability of data transmission.Besides,this paper set the motor's parameter which affect to the PI controller parameter,and also did some simulation on MATLAB and test platform to test the performance of motor control.And the results show that the motor 's performance can meet the requirement of annular structure's clutch control,and the work of this paper has referential significance for the further research of circular loading mechanism.
