Research And Analysis Of The Training Management System For Tour Guides In Jiangmen City

Tour guide is the pioneer in the tourism industry. The professionalization and the development of tour-guide training is an essential part in constructing sustainable tourism industry. In the recent years, Jiangmen City has been accelerating its own tourism developing process, putting all its efforts in building citywide-tourist city, and dedicating to improving the tour-guide training program. This thesis considers the current situation of tour-guide training in Jiangmen and tries to analyze and develop the training system in order to consummate the trainees'quality and professional specialties to prepare for tour guides'further education.This thesis endeavors to make an effort in Jiangmen tour-guide training through the analysis and study of Jiangmen tourist guide training system. It introduces the research background, the project significance and current studies and application in Jiangmen tourist guide training system. This thesis thoroughly analyzes the parts of dissertation business, such as related competent departments in Jiangmen, the current tour-guide training processes and optimized the items on application development in the system. In the functional analysis, through the the thesis effectively takes advantages of used-case analysis and used-case descriptions, further demonstrating the system functions and drawing up the system function package diagram and sub-function package diagrams. Meanwhile, it specifies the system into 5 sub-functions, namely tour-guide information management, training curriculum management, tour-guide training and assessment management and system management. At last, this thesis studies all the data processing in the system, offers data diagram and list-structure of database.The main content and the innovatives is summarized at the end of this thesis. It also demonstrates the author's work in the study and further research is indicates in the thesis.
