Design And Implementation Of Web-based University Fixed Assets Management System

In the process of continuously improving of the computer network technology,most of the colleges and universities have carried on the preliminary exploration for the development of the management software.But from the whole,the management of the implementation is just some simple business management work,cannot achieve the ideal effect.In order to promote the continuous improvement of this system,In this paper,we mainly analysis the detailed analysis of all the different roles of the university fixed asset management system based on Web further promote the system modules of subdivision,reflect the overall system logic structure.Based on fixed asset to the school to buy and put in storage applications these two specific business process and the corresponding page has a detailed design and implementation of each link corresponding to the user's role,and discusses the system of their respective duties.In this paper the design of data statistical analysis report mainly with the help of some statements,combined with the actual development needs,mainly role authorization mechanism and the concrete implementation process,there are some basic system security technology to complete the design and optimization of the whole system.At the end of the paper,on the whole of the university fixed asset management system design and development work has carried on the summary,clearly points out the existing shortcomings,puts forward the concrete in the correct direction,and fixed assets management system in colleges and universities in the future development trend is prospected.
