The Design And Implementation Of The New Student Registration Management System

With the increasing number of college student enrollments,the annual freshman registration work becomes more and more arduous.As the original manual registering method cannot meet the needs of searching,updating,exporting,and maintaining enrollees' data,it is essential that we develop an information management system suitable for the freshman registration procedure,which will greatly cut unnecessary workloads,thus improve work efficiency.Through inspecting the freshman registering procedure,this paper adopts the object-oriented analyzing and designing method to analyze the needs of the system.Moreover,by combining B/S with C/S system,it also sets up a comprehensive information management system,which will cover the items of freshman registration work,search,count,and present real-time enrollment data,based on the enrollees' data structure which is exported from the college entrance examination enrollment system.This new-style information management system is mainly composed of real-time indication,data analysis,and the management of system and enrollment.Currently,this freshman registration management system has passed through the test,and achieved the aim of the system design.Furthermore,it can also reduce the workloads of the freshman registration department,share new students' information instantly and promote the normalization of the management of new students' recruitment.
