Quantum dots(quantum dots, QDs) is main biological fluorescent labeling nano materials which size is less than Bohr radius of the semiconductor material and has the obvious quantum effect.It has become excellent biological fluorescent labeling materials and widely used in the field of biological research. It needs to use the motor that precision can reach 0.36 degrees per step and 0.0072 degrees per step test platform when studing quantum dots probes for biological technology and quantum dot arrays polarization fluorescence spectra characteristics.In using this kind of high precision test platform operation, if the traditional way of manual operation, will add to be measured to observatory and manually adjusted the observation station location, control device, the laser source. The artificial real-time detection spectrometer data and its efficiency, data accuracy, convenient operation is far not reach ideal state, so that research progress is slows dramatically.According to quantum protein chip testing of equipment, convenient operation and improve the data accuracy, considering the test system with high accuracy in X / Y direction sliding platform, high precision harmonic deceleration motor, this paper proposed using microcontroller Arduino mega2560 as the core controller which with the use of simple, rich pin, simple operation, etc.,It can be precisely controlled high precision equipment and real-time read to the state of the motor. Host computer in the PC using LabVIEW as the development software which can realizes the graphical control interface. It can be reached on operation system detection data real-time observation, data display, data view, limit alarm and other functions. There are high precision sliding platform, high precision harmonic gear motor and other precision instruments need to be controled. Using the serial communication between the upper computer and the lower computer for real-time control and well solved the high precision testing instrument operation, greatly increases the experimental data of the reliability and validity, to avoid experimental data bias caused by a large number of repeated manual operation. Detection platform of the system has strong practicability, good versatility, system to build flexible and simple programming to learn the advantages, can according to the requirements of control for rapid modifications can be used in integrated optical biochip detection, quantum dots protein chip supporting, forming a complete set of detection system. In the home test scheme in quantum dots, this design become an independent school good assistant, the test and research of protein biochips.
