The past 20 years, with the continuous development of China's reform and opening up and deepening of social economy generates in Western consumerism into our country, and our social life have a broad and profound impact. With the increasingly rapid pace of modern life, there is also growing pressure, people need to find the need to relieve the pressure, relieve emotional outlet, because gossip network to meet the public's prying desire, curiosity and amuse people so sought after by the public and love. But by the impact of consumerism in recent years, China's online gossip in the communication process exaggerated, distorted news facts, violation of personal privacy are common occurrences. With the continuous development of China's media and entertainment industry, the entertainment news more and more academic research, but now specializes in networking for the little gossip, entertainment news for the study of most of them are concentrated in for entertainment news problems and make recommendations, should do to make entertainment news embarked on a strategy of adaptation needs of the times and the needs of the people of the road, mainly in the development of entertainment news. But these academic studies are built around a "should do" and expand, there is no more in-depth look at this phenomenon, which does not help to get rid of the current dilemma of entertainment news. This paper uses literature analysis and case analysis, through the network will appear in the gossip chaos consumerism combined with the basic theory in related fields, from theoretical analysis to a deeper understanding of network entertainment gossip chaos formed causes and nature of consumerism. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part of this study is the origin, meaning, recalling key concepts and combed the existing research literature relevant content and proposed research methods.
