Wireless Mesh Network (Wireless Mesh Network, WMN) by a mobile ad hoc network (Ad-Hoc) evolved, not only inherits the advantages of the Ad-Hoc, and also developed some of his features as wireless broadband network has injected fresh impetus. But also brought problems, the multi-hop routing complexity will lead to an increase of end to end delay, and will bring additional multi-channel interference, lower-end quality of service.This paper introduces the network structure of the wireless Mesh network, and focus on the wireless Mesh network routing protocol has been described, it pointed out the current wireless Mesh network problems and evaluation criteria.By comparing the simulation results analysis, the advantages of the improved algorithm AODV routing overhead at different distances, the average end to end delay of different paths, different path loss ratio. Analyze the differences between QoS-based routing protocol agreement with DSR probability thoughts on the performance of routing hops. Ignoring node choice probabilities of network data transmission success rate, assuming two routing protocols can search get route to the destination node, the post 100 traffic simulation, routing hops routing protocols under both awfully close, but the new route in the search time has obvious advantages.In this paper, the experimental set up hardware and software platforms, from the perspective of the wireless Mesh network hardware, system deployment, and analyzes the wireless Mesh network access, wireless Mesh AP node configuration gives a detailed program, select the hardware resources compared to an initialization Android system configuration content. The establishment of a small experimental wireless Mesh network routing protocol performance improvements made previously of experimental verification, time and route for the first time established after the establishment of the route the packet round trip time, throughput test, latency was tested, careful analysis of the test results, but also pointed out the problems in the middle. Finally, the article points out the future research directions.
