3D printing technology has gone through nearly four decades of development. Based on the Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM) technology is the most widely used technology in several 3D printing technologies at present. Because of the low cost of the technology, a wide range of materials for printing and so forth, based on FDM 3D printing technologies are applied in all walks of life and these can be applied almost any industry in manufacturing. Based on the principle of printing apparatus involves machinery, electric, control, information and materials and other subjects belong to a typical cross multidisciplinary complex electromechanical system.In this paper, based on FDM technology and parallel institutions, it designs parallel structure 3D printers and completed the design and manufacture of prototype. The system of prototype is mainly composed by three systems: mechanical system, hardware control system and software system. It describes the printing process of formation for parallel structure 3D printers in the system components, which has laid the research foundation for this study in the kinematic analysis and the molding accuracy of parallel structure 3D printers.Firstly, starting from the mechanical body structure of the parallel structure 3D printers, the paper analyzes the kinematics of the machine body mechanism and achieves the freedom in mechanism and the form of movement for the parallel structure 3D printers. Then the parallel kinematic structure 3D printer equations are derived to obtain a solution of the equation reverse kinematics and combines with the virtual prototype software ADAMS kinematics characteristic institutions to verify. That it confirms such a parallel mechanism in the 3D printer is feasible.Secondly, it analyzes the impact of the parallel structure 3D printer of precision molding from the mechanical structure error and print process parameters, and builds the mechanical model error, and establishes a simplified error model. Error model consists of position and orientation error and position error. It analyzes the geometric errors coming from different sources that cause the impact of output at the end of the print head.Finally, print process parameters on the critical parameters, layer thickness,?, the print head temperature, T0, working platforms temperature, T1,the moving speed v,these are the print head four key parameters, which is used to design an experimental analysis of the different sizes directions at different levels of dimensional accuracy parameters. Based on different factors that whether have a significant effect of condition, it proposes error compensation equation in different directions and it provides a theoretical basis for the parallel structure 3D printers on improving practical application.
