In order to solve the traditional manufacturing industry R & D cycle is long,high cost and difficult to form complex structural parts of the problem 3D printing technology as an advanced manufacturing technology came into being.FDM technology as one of the six technologies with mature technology,has the advantages of simple structure,relatively low cost,easy to popularize and widely used in other technologies.Therefore,the development of FDM technology in equipment and process research is an inevitable requirement.On the current development situation,the domestic FDM equipment in foreign countries by the technology and price to suppress the use of the entire equipment and maintenance costs are higher,and the material is also subject to foreign containment,the situation is tedious.This topic from the FDM desktop 3D printer cost,convenience,print accuracy aspects of independent research and development of low-cost high-efficiency high-precision desktop 3D printer,for the follow-up to achieve more efficient and convenient market to lay the foundation,with a view to a certain extent make up for the domestic FDM desktop 3D printer deficiencies.By comparing the domestic and international common desktop 3D printer machine structure,print volume,three-axis movement,print accuracy and nozzle heating extrusion design of the merits of the Prusa i3 desktop 3D printer based on the three-axis motion structure To improve the final determination of the Y-axis and Z-axis composite movement plus X-axis independent movement of the design.The control system of the main control board in the existing open source on the basis of the main control board developed a more stable performance of the new main control board,while the slice software for analysis and design,so that the entire 3D printer to become a complete system.After the printer debugging,a number of printing test operations to ensure that the design of the 3D printer to meet the design of the structure,stability and other requirements,print practice proved that the desktop 3D printer design is successful.In this paper,the influence of layer thickness,tilt angle and printing orientation on the dimensional accuracy of the printed parts is studied.Finally,the optimal process parameters are obtained by orthogonal test.
