In today of the rapid development of information technology, electricity demand continues to increase so that the power enterprise will face more challenges.The management of electric power spare parts is important for power enterprise, and a scientific and suitable management mode not only can improve the resource utilization ratio of enterprise, but also can improve the efficiency of management and fault response.Nowadays, many enterprises have used IOT to reform management mode including the power system. IOT-based management mode of power supplies was already used in the power system, but the spare parts management in the power supply is still a traditional manual management. It's evident that the problems and defects of manual management are conspicuous in development. And it can not meet the need of modernization on not only managerial efficiency but also economical efficiency. Therefore, in order to optimize the management of spare parts, the way of management which is combined with cloud computing and IOT will meet the need of modernization.And it is based on a concept of the "Internet plus power". An ecosystem of production management will be made because of this new way.In this paper, to design a application system which can store and manage comprehensive information of spare parts to meet the need of modernization. First of all, this paper discusses the theoretical basis of the cloud computing and the new management mode, and introduces the related development technologies which can realize the multi-information management system. By sorting and analyzing the requirements of spare parts management, the system architecture, network architecture and function module are designed including the database structure.Based on the design plan,the multi-information management system is developed. This application system is divided into cloud client, cloud APP and cloud server.It is combined with data interface to achieve a cooperative operation mode. Its function includes the process control, record management, tags management, user management and data exchange. According to the situation of black box testing.it shows that the system development conforms to the expected design. And this application system can reform the traditional management mode.It is also able to reduce the workload of management and cost. Meanwhile, it improves the management efficiency and reliability.Finally, the risk evaluation system of spare parts was hoped to optimize this management system, and use it in the big data analytics of spare parts.
