With the approaching of the non-material society and extension of the global age, the human society has changed dramatically. Consumption becomes easier and material life more rich, while spiritual life seems increasingly much poorer. Articles for daily use are losing individuality and regional identity. The link and interdependence between people and articles for daily use turn to be weaker. Especially in the virtualized era, what the articles for daily use mean to human beings becomes a more and more challenging topic. In museums, important institutions to preserve and exhibit human history civilization, the exhibitions reflect quotidian livings scattered in the vast sea of civilization are much easier to penetrate common people's spirit world, compared with those showing the national epic. This thesis will introduce some "museums for daily life" represented by the miniature museums like "The Museum of Innocence" and "Shijia Hutong Museum". These museums show people's reverence for ordinary articles and reveal the true life meaning. They are spiritual places which transform the passing time to eternal space. Although unnoticeable, they have the same noble soul and poetic manifestation.
